Accessibility

Our approach

We want Algorithmic Muse Academy to be usable by as many learners as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We design and test with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as our reference. We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, so we do not claim a conformance level; this page describes what we do and where the gaps are.

What the platform provides today

• Keyboard navigation for menus, search, quizzes, and forms.
• A skip-to-content link, landmark regions, and a logical heading structure on content pages.
• Text alternatives for informative images and labels on icon-only controls.
• A dark mode, and motion that respects your operating system's reduced-motion preference.
• Screen-reader announcements for dynamic updates such as quiz results.

Known limitations

• Some architecture diagrams are dense SVG images; we provide captions, but full text equivalents are still being added.
• The sign-in dialog is provided by a third party (Clerk) and its internals are outside our direct control.
• Embedded videos are hosted on YouTube; caption quality depends on the source video.

If you hit a barrier that makes any part of the platform hard to use, email support@algorithmicmuse.com and describe the page and the problem. Accessibility reports get prioritized in our fix queue.
